Srinivas “Sam” Maddali serves as President of Maddali Developments. Sam brings over two decades of experience with insight on managing, acquisition, development, and investing. In his career to date, Sam has an aggregate portfolio valued at several million dollars.

Sam collaborates with real estate professionals nationwide. His knowledge of asset management, proactive risk management and identifying ways to increase equity and cash flow have proven invaluable. His quick thinking and decision-making skills create value while strengthening position. All his real estate development is financed through local conventional banking relationships, with the emphasis on being local and community focused.

Sam is a philanthropist and longtime supporter of such organizations as Rotary International and Gift of Life. Sam serves on the Board of Directors of the Eye Foundation of America and sits on the Bouvé Advisory Council of Northeastern University.

For over a decade, Prem Kalidindi has been an active real estate developer. Prem uses a multidisciplinary approach to real estate which allows him to supervise each phase of development from site selection to assessing environmental impact and financing options.

Based in Texas, Prem has overseen construction for many building projects, supervising staff and contractors to ensure that each project meets Vykunt Developers standard of excellence. Throughout his career, Prem has managed the construction of both retail and residential projects with an aggregate value of several million dollars.

Prem is a family man and enjoys playing golf with his son. He regularly supports local causes by donating his time and resources.
